When I got to the hotel my reservation hadn't been made by Booked.net. I had prove I had a reservation with a printed paper and make new reservation within the price I had been given. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

While there is free parking, entrance requires a person to come and open the gates. If you have a car, such parking in this region of town is a must. One of the elevators were quite dirty on the weekend. Some of the fixtures in the room, which is well appointed, were coming loose (e.g., the door stop of the shower glass door).

This hotel is conveniently located on a main street, close to a shopping area and with good access to transportation. the rooms are generally clean and breakfast has a fair variety of options, including cakes and fresh fruits. there is a bar, sauna and gym available on the top floor.

Some areas may need improvement such as the outdated furniture and noisy air conditioning reported by some guests.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms on the upper floors were spacious and the beds were large and comfy, just as the pictures showed. The location on a main avenue was excellent, with easy access to a shopping center and restaurants. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing good service throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of delicious fruits, cakes, and breads to choose from.
